원하는 환경을 만들어 가는 사람들
사람들은 항상 그들이 처한 환경을 탓한다.
나는 환경을 믿지 않는다.
세상을 이끌어 가는 사람들은 자신이 원하는 환경을 찾아다니고
찾을 수 없으면 그 환경을 만드는 사람들이다.

개인이나 조직이나 환경을 탓하기 시작하면,
소극적으로 변하게 되고 자신감을 잃게 됩니다.
결국 환경 탓을 한다는 것은 스스로 실패 가능성을 높이는 것일 뿐입니다.
위대한 경영자들은 성공하면 그 원인을 외부 환경,
즉 운으로 돌리고 실패하면 자기 탓을 한다고 합니다.
어려운 환경에 굴복하지 않고 환경 자체를 유리하게 변화시키는
'환경창조형 경영'이 절실히 필요한 때입니다.
